Our ideal candidate is:
We are looking for a candidate who’s passionate about maintenance and the implementation of best practices in equipment reliability for our clients, using the most sophisticated digitalization tools in the industry, namely SAP PM and Maximo EAM software, as well as our multi-week scheduling tool, Visual Planner. This role will allow you to take on very stimulating challenges and build a rich experience, while helping our clients achieve maintenance excellence. Our clients are major players in a wide range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, mining, transportation, etc. The chosen candidate will hold the position of a planner-scheduler at our clients’ facilities for varying lengths of time (6, 12, 24 months).
Key responsibilities:
Depending on the nature of each project, you may be called upon to carry out the following tasks:
  • Maintenance equipment inventory
  • Establish the most suitable maintenance tactics according to equipment criticality
  • Implement the weekly planning process for maintenance work
  • Provide training to users on EAM tools and Visual Planner
  • Planning of preventive and corrective work
  • Pre-scheduling of work within a forecast of x weeks
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and approve scheduled work for the next week
  • Implementation of the spare parts packaging process
  • Coordinate the execution of the weekly plan and monitor its compliance with supervisors
  • Measure performance according to the key indicators in the industry
  • CEGEP DEC in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering, and/or professional diploma (DEP) with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge and experience with EAM software (SAP PM or Maximo is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, stimulating and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to inspire teamwork towards a common goal
  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and functional in English
