Reliability Consultant

Our ideal candidate is:
We are looking for a candidate who’s passionate about maintenance and implementing industry best practices in equipment reliability, using the most sophisticated digitalization tools in the industry, namely SAP PM and Maximo EAM software, as well as our own scheduling tool, Visual Planner. This position will allow you to take on very stimulating challenges and build a rich experience, while helping our clients achieve maintenance excellence. These major companies are from a wide range of industries (energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, mining, transportation, etc.) and located all over the world (Quebec, Canada, the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, etc). The chosen candidate will act as a consultant, either as an implementation project manager or in a dedicated role with our clients, for varying lengths of time (6, 12, 24 months).
Key responsibilities:
Depending on the nature of the mandate, you may be called upon to lead or carry out the following tasks:
  • Maintenance equipment inventory
  • Establish the most suitable maintenance tactics according to equipment criticality
  • Implement the weekly planning process for maintenance work
  • Provide training to users on EAM tools and Visual Planner
  • Planning of preventive and corrective work
  • Pre-scheduling of work within a forecast of x weeks
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and approve scheduled work for the next week
  • Implementation of the spare parts packaging process
  • Coordinate the execution of the weekly plan and monitor its compliance with supervisors
  • Measure performance according to the key indicators in the industry
  • CEGEP DEC in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering and/or professional diploma (DEP) with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge and experience with EAM software (SAP PM or Maximo is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, stimulating and entrepreneurial environment

  • Desire to travel and work in a variety of social and industrial contexts
  • Bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written
